Painted Surface
- If your old paint still obtains good adhesive power, simply wash the
surface with clean water while rubbing it with a polisher tool or a
clean brush. When necessary, wash it with detergent and wipe it off with
clean water.
- If the old paint has good adhesive power but is contaminated with
algae or mildews, make sure to clean it with chlorine, gently rubbing
the surface and do not forget to wash it with clean water.
- If efflorescence occurs, wax or get rid of the residue with a damp cloth.
- If the old paint surface is thick or flaking, rub thoroughly to the bottom of the wall surface.
- Get rid of the old paint surface if it was made of low quality paint that blends easily in water.
